All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. No foreign exchange fees are charged by Chili88, though third-party network fees may apply to cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. As a general guideline, e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of MYR 30, bank transfers carry a minimum of MYR 100, and cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary based on account verification status.
Funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Chili88 reserves the right to return deposits from unverified or third-party sources and to close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
Withdrawals may only be requested after KYC verification has been completed. You may only withdraw real-money funds (your Account Balance) and any bonus funds that have been fully converted into withdrawable winings by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means the Player must place a total of MYR 2,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Individual offer pages specify the applicable wagering multiplier.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%, and certain other game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet cap applies. This cap is typically between MYR 25 and MYR 500 per round or wager and is specified in the individual offer terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified expiry window will automatically expire and be removed from the account. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit, as specified per offer. No extension of expiry dates will be granted except at Chili88's sole discretion.
Chili88 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended. Chili88 reserves the right to apply bonus restrictions to individual accounts where abuse is suspected.
All games available on the Chili88 Platform operate under the rules published within each individual game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on-screen and any other document, the on-screen game rules prevail for that specific game.
Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are governed by the rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. All in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live feed data and may be rejected or voided if technical issues affect the integrity of the live odds stream.
Chili88 operates a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all non-live games. The RNG is independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
